 Cancellation Policy: The policy for registration 
 for the National Board Meetings states that all at
 tendees must pay the full registration fee for the
  meeting.  Guests of a registered attendee may at
 tend meals and shall pay only for that meal.  Any
  registrant who cancels seven (7) days or more bef
 ore the start date of the meeting will be eligible
  for a 90% refund.  Registrants who cancel after 
 the seventh (7th) day before the start date of the
  meeting shall be ineligible for any refund.  Ext
 enuating circumstances will be reviewed by the Pre
 sident on a case-by-case basis\, acting in consult
 ation with the VP of Finance.
